Hotel is at a nice location ,has friendly employees a nice spacious swimming pool with enough chairs . The food at the Italian restaurant was surprisingly delicious , especially when you compare this to the rest of the restaurants in this hotel .

The hotel is too expensive for what you get , especially when you compare it with other resorts in Cuba for almost the same price . The rooms are dated and need a makeover . The buffet restaurant is average , especially the breakfast has too less fresh juices and too less fresh fruit ( every day immature watermelon and guayaba ). The Cuban restaurant on the beach is really bad at night , i advise everyone not to go to eat there and try to book the Italian restaurant . Alltogether a too expensive hotel for what you get , there are better choices in Cuba .

Overall very good, would recommed

Great location, very nice and friendly staff, good a Le Carte restaurants. Great bars with nice beer and cocktails

We were only given one bottle of water in the room per day and getting another each day was very hard work. The bars wouldn’t hand any out and reception often said they would have one delivered to the room and it would often not ever arrive

A lovely beach location, but quite cut off. A tired all inclusive which tries hard.

The view from our room was lovely and we were able to walk straight out onto the beach. The entertainment staff tried so hard to get everyone involved, you had to admire their determination.

The bedrooms looked very tired both inside and out. The air conditioning was very noisy. The standard at the buffet could have been improved by perhaps offering less selection but of a higher standard.

Good stay overall

Property is beautifully designed. Rooms are dated but well maintained. Our room on the oceanfront was a little damp probably because it was north facing and no sunlight in the room. A dehumidifier would probably help. Food was good overall but nothing exceptional. Quality of wine varied and nothing exceptional. I tried a couple of mixed drinks - poorly made. Coffee at lobby bar better than in the unreserved restaurant. We tried one reserved restaurant - Martinio's - not very italian but food and wine was very good.

Our north facing, oceanfront room was damp - particularly in the evening. We stayed 4 nights and did not bother changing rooms. Did not like somewhat curt and rude demand to return our beach towels to the reception desk when we were checking out.

Excellent view, definitely take seaview rooms, great place to unwind if you are looking for a quiet place. Beachparty on Friday afternoon was a blast, live music and coconut cocktails.

Horrible food, worst ever, food poisoning after first day. Even if you pay extra to get premium dishes it all tastes like rubber. Stay away from the food, go eat outside.

Location near to Havana was good. Pool and beach were good. Friendly and nice staff.

Buffet food was OK but nothing special. Drinks tasted like they were mixed with water.

Location was excellent , staff were friendly and courteous and views were exceptional

Nightlife.... entertainment at the pool was good and there is a bar in the reception and a piano bar but (only my opinion) it needs a bigger designated bar we’re people can mingle etc...

Okay place to stay, as long as you do not want to do anything.

The view.

The bed was not comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were dated. Too many old people are staying there, thought I was at a seniors retirement home. The selection of food was bad. The activities were non existent. Very boring place to go. If you are looking for a place to go to read all day, then this is your place. And please have someone buy bigger plastic cups for the drinks.

Good value for a beach getaway, but by no means a "Cuban" experience.

Room was fantastic: great view and super comfy! Shows were 1st rate w/ very enthusiastic performers.

Buffet was typical for Cuba: not up to Western standards.
